The Kids Gym offers a first-class facility specially designed for children between the ages of 18 months & 15 years old.
A wide range of imported, specially designed equipment for age appropriate movement activities to improve balance, coordination, strength, flexibility & rhythm. NO Weights!

Ninja Zone is a thrilling new activity for kids. Open in more than 200 locations in the USA this is the first NINJA ZONE in South Africa!

Ninja Zone leverages kid’s fire and excitement into a fun activity, building the strength, agility, stealth and mental prowess of a trained NINJA.
Ninja sessions are age specific and only available to The Kids Gym members.


An area dedicated to age appropriate ball skills.
Throwing, catching, kicking, hitting – all fundamental ball skills will be taught as well as sport specific skills.
Playing with balls is often wrongly viewed as for boys or athletic children only, but ball skills are an important part of the developmental progression for all children of all ages and abilities.
Ball skills improve motor & bilateral skills, hand-eye coordination, timing and sequencing.


The jumping zone has a 12m trampoline track and a 12m airtrack (spring mat) where children can easily and safely learn to jump and develop basic agility skills, necessary for strength and gross motor skill development.


Swing on a trapeze, climb a rope or balance on a slackline.
The balance zone has a wide range of balancing beams and slack-lines, hanging ropes, rings and trapezes – different heights and difficulties for different ages.
Balance is a multi-sensory activity. The “sense” of balance, requires regular stimulation of our visual motor skills and positioning (proprioceptive) systems. The Kids Gym has a variety of equipment for kids to experience and stimulate a range of balancing challenges.


The Kids Gym has imported Kids size fitness equipment from the USA.
Kids size treadmills, exercise bikes, moonwalkers and rowing machines all age appropriate.
The Fitness Zone also teaches skipping from the basic to the tricks;
Skipping is one of the safest aerobic exercises for children – it burns twice as many calories as walking and has none of the disadvantages of running.


The Rhythm Zone is for everyone, boys and girls to let their hair down and have fun!
A 64sq metre carpeted area with 8metres of mirrors.
Age appropriate sessions offer big screen instruction for rhythm activities to music from action songs for the younger members through to Zumba and Hip Hop for the teenagers.
Step by step instructions – follow along at your own pace and enjoy the music.

Monday – Friday: 09h00 – 19h00

Saturday: 09h00 – 17h00

Sunday: 09h00 – 16h00

 Walk-in anytime, anyday with time slots starting on the hour, every hour. We do however suggest you book in advance online to avoid disappointment.
